Free Agent Auction Budget (FAAB) style Waivers will be used
FAAB budgets are equal to each team’s Salary Cap space
This budget can be increased or decreased prior to September 1st each year due to transactions such as trades and contract extensions
Continuous Waivers will be used; which means there are no instant Free Agent pickups except on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays during the NFL season
The minimum Waiver bid is $0, so teams can bid on players even if they have spent their entire Budget
All Free Agents must be claimed on Waivers, giving everyone a chance to put a claim in
Waivers process at 3AM EST daily
On Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays during the season the Free Agent pool is open and players can be picked up instantly as long as they are not locked (due to being dropped, after playing their game, etc)
Trades can include any combination of players and Rookie Draft picks
Three team trades are permitted
Rookie Draft picks can be traded for the next three Rookie Drafts
Trades can also happen during the Rookie Draft
There are no Trade Votes or Vetoes
There is no waiting period, trades process as soon as they are accepted by all parties
The only way a Trade can be overturned is if the Commissioner determines there was collusion or if a team is deemed to be acting against the spirit of the league (dumping players before leaving the league)
These circumstances will probably never happen, but if they do the parties involved may be removed from the league via a league vote
